Actually all of the bosses misbehave at 60 FPS making them a lot easier to deal with. They are much more aggressive and reckless at 30 FPS and they chain their attacks in smarter, less predictable combos with better true-combo ratio. I don't know why the developer never rebuilt the engine to fix the frame-rate tied NPC logics to match to their intended difficulty.
